  • Yes. Remote coaching is one of our core offerings. Clients receive structured programming, coaching feedback, progress tracking, and communication through our app-no matter where they’re located.

  • Yes. In-person clients may add app access for an individual fee. This allows for:

    • Workout tracking

    • Extra programming outside sessions

    • Mobility and recovery work

    • Direct messaging and accountability

      It’s optional but highly recommended for best results.

  • Forge & Flow integrates training + recovery + sustainability. We don’t just push intensity- we build resilience. Programs are designed to support long-term health, nervous system regulation, and real life, not just short-term results.

  • Yes. Nutrition coaching focuses on education, consistency, and habits- not rigid dieting. Support includes guidance on fueling for performance, recovery, and lifestyle alignment.

  • Many clients come to Forge & Flow with prior injuries or movement limitations. Programs are adjusted accordingly, and recovery strategies are built in from the start.

  • Start by booking a consultation or applying for coaching. From there, we’ll determine the best service option for your goals and schedule.

  • Forge & Flow coaching is offered in structured 4, 6 , or 12 month programs rather than month-to-month.

    These timeframes are intentional. Sustainable strength, mobility, recovery, and lifestyle change take consistency and progression- not quick fixes. Each program is designed to provide the time, support, and structure needed for real results.

    Payments are billed monthly for convenience, but clients are committing to the full program length they choose at enrollment.
